Originally a native of Ontario, Canada, Dennis originally worked with the mentally challenged from 1975-1985 as a residential group home counselor. In 1985, he started his lifetime career in real estate in Ottawa and eventually moved to Sarasota, Florida in 1997, solely as a result of his success in his real estate career in Canada. As he states, “I give 110% because I know that my success is a result of my customers meeting their real estate goals.”
