I contacted Dennis Girard because he had several satisfied clients in our condo complex on Longboat Key. My wife and I had a 2 bedroom condo and wished to upgrade to a 3 bedroom which is difficult to get in our complex. Dennis kept my request in mind and contacted me before a unit went on the market. I couldn't have been more pleased with his representation. My wife flew down immediately and did a walk through of the unit with Dennis. He was very helpful during the negotiation process. I quickly felt comfortable Dennis was acting on our behalf and had our best interest in mind. After we completed the negotiations he was extremely helpful with the necessary inspections and repairs. Since we were over 1000 miles away he met with the inspectors and followed through to make sure the necessary repairs were completed to our satisfaction. I dreaded breaking the news to Dennis that I wouldn't be listing our 2 bedroom condo with him after we were so satisfied with his representation. We had been contacted by someone in our complex and didn't require a realtor to complete the transaction. He couldn't have been more professional and totally understood. He was genuinely happy we sold our condo so fast. I have since referred other friends and family to Dennis. They have received the same professional and responsive representation. Dennis is an excellent realtor, but an even better person. I would use his services again without hesitation.
